As one of the first to sign up with us at GreeningOfStreaming.org it is no real surprise (but nonetheless still extremely positive!) to see Limelight taking such a strong position with regard to driving power efficiency internally.

There are snippets in this UK produced experiment where 80 cyclists with dynamos power a domestic house for a day. As a visual representation of power demand it is impacting.
There are plenty of explorations about technology relating to similar power demands to streaming Customer Premises Equipment. Power is related to simplistic concepts such as number of burgers required for the equivalent energy of... etc.
