About the Event
This event delves into the evolving landscape of sustainability reporting within the European Union, highlighting the latest directives and standards that are reshaping corporate accountability and transparency, and the environmental impact narrative in media companies. We will also explore the environmental regulation of data centers and the broader implications of digital consumption.
A number of new laws have come into force. We will touch on the implications of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the UK Sustainability Disclosure Standards, the EU Energy Efficiency Directive, and the EU's recommendations on environmental footprint methods.
The event will address the challenges and opportunities these directives present, particularly for businesses in the media and energy sectors. Attendees will gain valuable insights into effective strategies for compliance and the global shift towards sustainable digital practices.
